The Speed Gauge screen allows you to see all the calibrations of a gauge, and then generate a new virtual calibration by interpolating between the measured calibrations of the gauge. This creates an fairly accurate calibration for any trolling speed speed you wish to use.
Use the speed slider to adjust the speed, and Trolling Angles will calculate the virtual calibration. You may set the rod tip height and use the depth control slider in this screen. Or, the virtual calibration is set as the current calibration, so that it can be shown and used in the other base screens.
You can also create and use a virtual calibration in the Calibration or Trolling screen, by simply entering a new speed, as long as your active calibration is part of a gauge.
The virtual calibration is temporary and is not saved, since it is not based on actual angle measurements, and since it can be recreated at any time.
